Terms and Conditions These terms and conditions are set out to clarify an agreement between the customer and the consumer so that the customer knows and understands exactly what is required of them and there are no misunderstandings prior to the event. This enables the consumer to carry out and conduct a professional service for the event. A written quotation will be sent to clients detailing the dates, times, venue and function. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure these details are correct. The quotation is valid for 14 days and the booking may be confirmed by a booking deposit A booking deposit is required one month prior to the event date to secure the date of your booking. On receipt or your booking deposit a booking confirmation will be issued. The deposit is £50 made payable by cash or check All outstanding balances must be paid either by cash or check by the date on the quotation and booking confirmation, if no written quotation or booking confirmation has been issued balance is payable on the date of the booking prior to commencement of the event. When we have received your deposit you will then be sent a confirmation in the post confirming your booking. We will require adequate access to the venue prior to and after the event to allow setting up and breaking down of equipment, for setting up we require around 80 minutes and 60 minutes for packing up and vacating the premises. We normally require an approximate space of 4 x 3 meters. However, we will do our utmost to work with any space constraint there may be. The client is responsible for the provision of suitable and safe electricity supply, we require of 2 13-amp main sockets. Any cancellation of a ‘confirmed booking’ less than 1 month prior to the event date will be non refundable. Wherever possible we will aim to accommodate client’s requests for extensions to playing times. This will be subject to an hourly charge. Details on request. If at any time before or during the function we deem ourselves to be under threat verbally or physically we reserve the right to either suspend or terminate the supply to the event without further notice in event of this happening refunds are not available if any damage is caused to the equipment by persons at the event, the client who booked the event is held responsible and is liable for replacing or mending the equipment. |
